Thank you for supporting the All Driver Welfare Association (ADWA). We strive to ensure that all membership and contributions are utilized effectively to serve the needs of our driver community. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you may need to request a refund. Please read the following refund policy carefully.
Membership Fees Refunds:
- Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your membership with ADWA, please notify us in writing or via email. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial membership fee payment.
- Prorated Refunds: Membership fees may be refunded on a prorated basis, depending on f your membership and the services utilized. Refunds will be calculated based on the unused portion of your membership.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days of receiving a valid refund request. The refund will be issued using the original method of payment.
