All Welfare Drivers Association is a social welfare organization dedicated to the dignity, safety, rights, identity and better future of drivers across India.

Our aim is to support drivers, protect their rights, promote road safety, create awareness, provide welfare support and build a respectful identity for every driver. Organization Guidelines
Our organization follows a disciplined and service-oriented approach. Every member and driver connected with the association is expected to maintain honesty, respect, unity, road safety and responsible conduct. The association encourages legal compliance, professional behavior and support for fellow drivers.
Driver Responsibilities
- Always follow traffic rules and road safety guidelines.
- Keep valid driving license, ID card and vehicle documents.
- Respect passengers, public property and other road users.
- Maintain discipline, honesty and professional behavior.
- Support fellow drivers during emergencies and accidents.
- Keep the vehicle clean, safe and properly maintained.
- Report genuine problems through official association channels.
- Use association ID card and services only for lawful purposes.
Strictly Prohibited
- Misuse of association name, logo, ID card or documents.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or harmful substances.
- Overcharging, cheating, misbehaving or harassing passengers.
- Using fake documents, fake ID cards or false information.
- Creating violence, road rage, illegal parking or public disturbance.
- Any criminal, illegal or anti-social activity in the name of the association.
- Sharing false news, misleading information or unauthorized promises.
- Collecting money from anyone without official permission or receipt.

संगठन का उद्देश्य
भारत के सभी 22 करोड़ ड्राइवर की आवाज़ भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त भारतीय ड्राइवर समाज बनाना, ड्राइवर कमीशन बनाना, राष्ट्रीय ड्राइवर सम्मान दिवस लागू करवाना। देश की राजधानी और राज्यों की राजधानी में ड्राइवर स्तंभ का निर्माण करवाना, ड्राइवर संग्रहालय का निर्माण, भारतीय ड्राइवर्स को चुनाव जीता कर लोकसभा और विधानसभा में भेजना एवं अन्य 29 सूत्रीय मांगे। बदलेगा भारतीय ड्राइवर्स का भविष्य, बदलेगा दिन और दशा, नई क्रांति के साथ बदलेगा भारत। ऑल ड्राइवर कल्याण संघ एक सामाजिक सेवा कार्यकर्ता है। जो ड्राइवर के उज्ज्वल भविष्य के लिए और ड्राइवर के पूर्णवास के लिए कार्य करता है।
सपनों की उड़ान
हमारे भविष्य के ख्वाब हर 50 से 100 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर ड्राइवर विश्रामगृह, शुद्ध और साफ सस्ता खाना, स्वच्छ जल, मेडिसिन डॉक्टर, शौचालयों, पार्किंग, स्ट्रीट लाइट, सीसीटीवी कैमरों की निगरानी के साथ उपलब्ध करवाना। सड़कों पर दिन पर दिन बढ़ता अतिक्रमण हटाना। ड्राइवर के बच्चों के लिए निशुल्क शिक्षा उच्च शिक्षा में स्कॉलरशिप वजीफा उपलब्ध करवाना। बिजली पानी, जिनके घर नहीं उनको घर दिलवाना। अंग भंग अपाहिज हो चुके ड्राइवर को या रिटायरमेंट हो चुके ड्राइवर को उनके लिए परिवार चलाने के संसाधन जुटाना। ड्राइवर वृद्धा आश्रम का निर्माण करवाना। हाईवे पर फ्री हेल्प नंबर जारी करवाना, एंबुलेंस की ज्यादा से ज्यादा सुविधा बढ़ाना। वर्दी और आई कार्ड से लेकर भारतीय ड्राइवर के काम के घंटे तय करना, पेंशन पीएफ, हादसों में मुआवजा, भविष्य निधि जैसी व्यवस्थाओं पर काम करना यही हमारा लक्ष्य यही हमारी ख्वाबों की आकांक्षाओं की उड़ान है। जब चलेगा ड्राइवर नई पहचान नई शान के साथ दिखेगा हमारा भारतीय ड्राइवर।

Objective of the Organization
Voice of all 22 crore drivers of India, to create a corruption free Indian driver society, to form a driver commission, to implement National Driver Honor Day. To build a driver pillar in the country’s capital and state capitals, to build a driver museum, to send Indian drivers to Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha by winning elections and other 29 point demands. The future of Indian drivers will change, the day and condition will change, India will change with the new revolution. All Driver Welfare Association is a social service worker which works for the bright future of the drivers and for the full residence of the drivers.
Flight of Dreams
Our future dreams include providing driver rest houses, pure and clean cheap food, clean water, medicine doctor, toilets, parking, street lights and CCTV camera monitoring at every 50 to 100 kms. Removing the encroachment on roads which is increasing day by day. Providing free education for the children of drivers, scholarships for higher education. Providing electricity and water to those who do not have homes. Providing resources for running the family of drivers who have become physically handicapped or retired drivers. Constructing a driver’s old age home. Issuing free help numbers on highways, increasing the maximum facility of ambulances. Fixing working hours of Indian drivers from uniform and ID card, working on arrangements like pension PF, compensation in accidents and provident fund. This is our goal, this is the flight of our dreams and aspirations. When the driver arrives, our Indian driver will be seen with a new identity and pride.
